In order to obtain your current Social Security Statement, you must first create a Social Security account on the Social Security website.  If you need assistance, please follow the directions provided from this Social Security Administration publication How to Create an Online Account. Once you have successfully created your Social Security account, you can now log in and print your current Social Security Statement anytime needed.  Remember to make sure you receive all four pages.  It is recommended to review your statement annually in order to correct any errors if found.
